What to expect when I call


...First of all:

  • Have your machine serial number ready;
  • Be prepared to provide an overview of your current problem;

Step 1

  • After we assess the issue, we try to fix the issue over the phone with your maintenance technician and a CT PACK Technical Support Representative;

Step 2

If the issue is unable to be resolved with telephone support:

  • Our CT PACK Technical Support Representative will help coordinate a service trip taking into consideration your hours of operation and works with you to determine the best time to have a Service Technician visit your plant.
